Randy was responsive from our 1st phone call. Showed up on time and was very efficient in installing the 3 detectors I had ordered...he even found one in the basement that I had forgotten about. Set up my phone with the Kidde app and explained everything thoroughly. He even educated me about the fire code and what I will probably have to do if I ever sell me house. Oh, and by the way, I thought his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend "Smoke Detector Pro"!

I knew my smoke alarms needed to be changed out since most were original from 2000 but kept putting it off. Then after replacing batteries in Sept 2 alarms started chirping in December and replacing the batteries again didn’t fix the issue. Randy was quick to reply and schedule my appointment. Explained everything clearly, tested the system , cleaned up and took all waste with him. Also installed carbon monoxide detectors which were lacking. Completely happy with the entire process. A+ service!

I had a business acquaintance tell me he had a fire that took out part of his house. He said it originated in the dryer. I had Smoke Detector Pro update my smoke alarms and knew that they cleaned dryer vents. I thought I should do the safe thing so I called and they came out just when they said they would. I was surprised to see all the lint that came out of the vent. Apparently, just being diligent to clean the filter at the front of the dryer has not been adequate. I'm glad I got this job done by the Pros.

Today we had our smoke alarms looked at in our “new to us” house! It was built 22 years ago and we bought it in Dec 2021. Little did we know that the smoke alarms in the whole house were the originally installed units. They were 22 years old. 😬 Randy was so helpful in pointing us in the right direction, and he installed all new units. Plus he answered all my worry questions about other “fire safety” needs.
